QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Duration of Ombre Brow Appointement 4 hrs
What are Ombre Brows ?
Ombre powder brows are a form of permanent makeup ,where the pigment is deposited to the upper layers of the skin with a PMU machine using a shading technique. The effects will be smudge-proof, sweat-proof, and waterproof . Overtime, pigment fades leaving the skin and natural brow behind. For this technique the tail of your brow is darker and fades lighter towards the front of your brow.
This technique is less invasive than microblading and keeps your skin integrity intact because the pigment is distributed lightly on top of the skin rather than using a blade to cut inside of your skin.
Want to know the Difference between ombre brows and microblading ?
Is Ombre Brow a tattoo?
Yes! it is a tattoo but it also belongs to the category of SEMI - permanent makeup.
The major difference between SEMI-permanent and permanent makeup is the depth of the penetration of the skin. Human skin composes of three distinct layers, with the epidermis being the outermost layer. Semi-permanent makeup pigments are deposited in the epidermis, barely touching the dermis. This epidermis layer of the skin is the layer that will visible shed and is replaced from the lower epidermal layers ,thats why ombre brows will last only between 1-3 years.
It may not last as long as permanent, however, the results are very pleasing and most importantly, natural!
